We also provide managed services: Managed services allows us to monitor your computers and servers to prevent small things from becoming big problems. Utilizing a very small program, when a problem occurs, the monitoring software alerts us in the office. We review the information and notify you by email or phone to let you know what the situation is. You can then resolve the situation yourself or ask for help.

Most of the time it is small things that reduce the systems performance, or an anti-virus prgram that is having difficulty getting it's updates. Regardless, you'll have the information you need.

Note that with this monitoring software we are unable to log into or view the screen of the computers being monitored. That requires communication between you and us to establish the link.
